I've never understood the widespread hatred of dandelions and neither, apparently, has the writer of this article in the Edmonton Journal. It lists all of the reasons why dandelions should be cheered instead of bemoaned. It also includes some recipes that incorporate dandelions for anyone looking to save a few bucks on groceries.
