Although The Daily Mail has billed this garden as Britain's weirdest, I don't find it weird at all. It's 30ft wide and just under a mile long with a greenhouse, hedges and perennials. The moment I saw it I started thinking of all the neat things I could do with it.

Anyone who has ever tried to grow vegetables indoors knows what a hassle it can be, which is probably why this article in the Calgary Herald profiling a woman who has created a system of vertical gardening for indoor use caught my attention.
